| Aliou Diack is a Senegalese artist, living and working in Dakar, Senegal. Born in 1987 in Sidi Bougou (region Mbour), Diack develops a very early fascination for his environment and exploration of “mère nature”. His first encounter with art started at the age of ten, when he moved away from his family to the capital of Senegal, Dakar, to study. To sate his nostalgia for the green flora, wild fauna– the nature by his village, he started to reproduce and create his own environment by drawings and paintings. |
